Shipping and Returns Policy

Although we endeavour to guarantee the highest quality and delivery standards,
we recognise that sometimes things can go wrong.

These guidelines are aimed to help you in this situation.

UK Shipping

UK Shipping costs from £1.99 and is Free when you spend over £50.00.

The Health Shop will ship your goods either via Royal Mail, or via Parcel Force for just £5.99 per order.

We aim to despatch within 48 hours but ask that in busy periods you allow up to 14 working days for delivery. All orders are packaged with care to ensure a safe delivery.

International Shipping

We deliver to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland only.

There is a surcharge of £2.00 for shipment to Northern Ireland

How do I Return a Product?

If you decide you don’t want your order, please return it to us within 10 days of the date on the invoice in the condition in which it arrived. We will issue a full refund for the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if not faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

You must inform us on 01792 360299 within 4 days of receiving your order if any of the items are damaged. You may also be asked to complete a Lost Parcel or Damaged Items declaration form before a replacement can be issued.

Returning Supplements

We are proud of the quality of the goods and services we offer. However, if for any reason, you find that your purchase arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please return the unopened goods to the following address and we will process a full refund for the returned part:

We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return items.

We recommend using a Recorded Delivery Service to return your goods, as we can not be responsible for items which we do not receive at our returns address.

Returning Food Items (Confectionery, Fruit, Nuts and Seeds)

If you find any of our food products in a state not for human consumption, please call Customer Services on 01792 360299 to explain your problem.

We retain the right to request a return of the faulty goods by recorded delivery, with the consignment number on the outside of the box, addressed to our returns address, so that the product can be inspected.

If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for goods returned.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

For any lost goods please contact our Customer Service department on 01792 360 299 - (Open 8:45am - 5:15pm).

Please Note: Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of despatch, or we will not be liable for any loss.

If you find your goods to be damaged in transit, we offer a refund, providing the product is returned (within 30 days after the delivery date) to our returns address.
